NY Vote NO on Proposition 1

Good afternoon, everybody. Evan Rogers from Evan Rogers Law. This afternoon, I’m asking everybody to VOTE NO on what’s called Proposition One on the back of your ballot. It’s also called the Equal Rights Amendment. That is a lie. It is not an Equal Rights Amendment. It’s also been called an Abortion Rights Bill. Another lie, the word abortion doesn’t even appear in the bill.

What will this bill do?

If passed, it will change our lovely New York State Constitution that already gives these rights to people under the guise of things that are more lies. So when the government talks to you and says, We want to help you, A, it’s a lie, B, it’s a lie. Okay, what’s going to happen if this law passes? Well, it’s going to be the end of women’s sports. We fought very hard when I was a young man for women’s sports so that women can compete against women and not have what happened the Olympics. Anybody remember the boxer smacking the woman and she had to quit? Or the woman’s swim team and the man beats by a minute a record because what? Absurd, number one.

Number two, It’s going to eliminate parental rights.

It’s going to eliminate parental rights. So your five-year-old child, or in my case, my grandchild, comes home from school. You can hear her in the background. She doesn’t want to go home soon. She says, Daddy, I have, or grandpa, I learned how to make my penis happy. Well, that’s wonderful. However, the next step is, and this is part of the law, if that child decides they want to transition at any age, as a minor. Any age, the school can’t tell you. You have no rights. You don’t even know. So your child has taken hormone therapy, seven years old, eight years old, nine years old. These children are minors.
When I did personal injury work and $100,000 settlement was reached, I can’t give that to the child. The child has to turn 18 to get that money. So we’re not allowing kids to get money until they’re 18, but it’s okay for them to mutilate their bodies. Then later on, the suicide rate is just such a human tragedy of what’s going on right now. There are many other things that are wrong with the law. Our seniors are going to lose their discounts because they’re not entitled to something that everybody doesn’t get.

Illegals will be able to be voting in the various states because

after all, you can’t discriminate for any reason. And part B of the law says the government can pass any law they want just because they say it’s going to make something less discriminatory for somebody. That’s the end of the human rights law, basically. So please tell your pastor, let him make a speech, or she make a speech in front of the congregation. And then lastly, every Democrat, I’m a Democrat, every Democrat is in favor of this law. So what do we do? Vote every one of the bums out. Period. In two years, we’ll see who’s supporting what. They want to have another shot, they can have another shot. They had their shot, they blew it. Vote them all out.

God bless everybody. Have a good day. Please tell all your friends.
