  We needed our tenants out, but didn't have a clue how to go about it. We went to Mr. Rogers law firm, he presented us with a detailed flow chart of the entire eviction process. Straight forward guy, very honest, & … More ready to work. He explained that there are no guarantees' as far as time frame, because the law is geared toward protecting tenants and NOT homeowners. After he served the eviction papers, tenants moved within the specified time frame; easy-peasy! Not all cases are this flawless, however Mr. Rogers, his lovely daughter, and kind secretary did what they promised to do. We recommend this law firm 100% to every homeowner renting out apartments. Mr. Rogers stands with small homeowners, he spreads knowledge and educates his clients. Amazing guy!

He took care of everything and kept me informed the entire time. I did not have to worry about anything. When I sold a rental property that I owned, I again used him for the closing. Everything went smoothly without any issues. When I recently sold my family home he took care of everything and even handled an intricate title issue that he got resolved smoothly. Throughout the years I have called him with various questions and concerns from landlord tenant concerns, refinances, sales and purchases he has always made time for me and answered my questions truthfully and insightfully.   I'm a low income "Pop" landlord- just one multi-family property which I struggled to acquire and maintain. In the 10 years I've owned it I've had to do 3 evictions. When my 2nd eviction became necessary, I found Evan Rogers, and had a smooth and successful result without any of the mishaps and stress moments I experienced from my first lawyer.
